This list is designed to help people who have worked hard on getting a paranormal site up and running. It's not about competing with votes or ratings. In order to keep things legitimate, the list will be reset at random, and the way the board ranks you will also change regularly.
We do require a link back to us from somewhere on the site that you are submitting. Once you have submitted your site, you will be given linking instructions.
Only banners as large as the traditional 468 x 60 dimensions will be accepted. You allowed to go smaller, but why would you want to?
Please do not use ALL CAPS in your titles or descriptions.
Please only submit sites that are in the English language.
Sites that contain illegal content will not be accepted into our list.
Only submit sites that are based on parnormal activity, investigations, or ghosts.
Toplists will be accepted if they are linking to primarily paranormal sites. Some toplists link to vampire, werewolf and other scary sites as well. That is also acceptable.
Toplists linking to adult material will not be accepted onto the list.
Sites that contain adult material will not be accepted into this list.
To keep things fair, only one listing per member, or per site. Meaning, if you have a website, a toplist, and a message board, you still only get one listing. Choose which one you want listed. Cheating this will get all of your sites removed.
Exception: If you have 2 sites, and they're about different things, yet at the same time, they fit into the subject for this toplist, email me at beyonderbill@yahoo.com. Maybe we can work something out.
